1. Sales Region
Products are sold from Switzerland and may be shipped worldwide. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or local fees applicable in their country.
2. Pre-Orders
Certain products are sold on a pre-order basis.
By placing a pre-order, the customer acknowledges that:
• the product is not immediately available
• delivery dates are estimates only
• timelines may change due to development, production, or certification processes
Estimated delivery dates are non-binding.
3. Product Images & Prototypes
Product images may include pre-production prototypes or concept renders. Final design, materials, or features may differ from those shown.
4. Lightning Card
Certain pre-orders may include a Lightning payment card linked to Bitcoin functionality.
The card:
• is provided as a technological utility during the waiting period
• does not constitute a banking, investment, or regulated financial service
• may include a digital asset balance determined at issuance
Use of the Lightning card is at the customer’s own risk. Stellaire SARL cannot reverse or recover transactions.
5. Digital Asset Risks
Customers acknowledge risks associated with Bitcoin and the Lightning Network, including volatility, transaction delays, technical failures, and irreversible transactions.
Stellaire SARL shall not be liable for losses resulting from such risks.
6. Relationship Between Card and Watch
Provision or use of the Lightning card does not affect the obligation to deliver the pre-ordered watch and does not constitute delivery of the watch itself.
7. Payments
Payment is required in full at checkout.
Cryptocurrency payments, when accepted:
• are irreversible
• require blockchain confirmation
• are the customer’s responsibility regarding wallet and network selection
• do not entitle the customer to exchange-rate adjustments
8. Delivery
Delivery times are indicative. Stellaire SARL is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.
Risk transfers to the customer once the parcel is handed to the carrier.
9. Returns & Refunds
Customers may request cancellation within 14 days of receipt provided that the Lightning card has not been activated or used.
If the Lightning card or associated digital assets have been used:
• consumed value may be deducted from any refund
• unused digital assets may be deducted or considered consumed as part of the service provided
• refund calculations do not account for digital asset price fluctuations
Refunds are issued after inspection and may be processed in cryptocurrency or fiat currency at Stellaire SARL’s discretion.
10. Warranty
Supernova watches include a two-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
The warranty excludes:
• normal wear and tear
• misuse or impact damage
• improper water exposure
11. Loss or Theft of Card
Loss, theft, or misuse of the Lightning card is the responsibility of the customer. Replacement or recovery is not guaranteed.
12. Liability
Liability is limited to the value of the order to the extent permitted by Swiss law.
13. Governing Law
Swiss law applies. Jurisdiction is the registered office of Stellaire SARL.
